In this position you will be responsible for the sales of Kampf and Atlas machines the West Coast of the USA, Canada, and Mexico territory.

  • Sell company products within agreed parameters in conjunction with agents in assigned territory
  • Manage assigned territory by utilizing agents, partners, representatives.
  • Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with customers
  •  Prospect for new business and customers in assigned territory
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, competitive market, and market factors potentially affecting sales revenue
  • Assist in the sale of spare parts, rebuilds, upgrades and service contracts
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is accurately completed and signed
  • Assist in the collection of money due on capital contracts
  • Minimize technical and commercial risk to the company
  • Support other sales colleagues when needed in their assigned  territory
  • Represents company with Local and International exhibitions to promote products and services
  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Prepares monthly sales KPI report using companies CRM system showing sales volume, anticipated closure date, sales stage, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Utilizes company ERP system to generate all machine quotations and maintain sales progression record through to closure
  • Maintain company CRM database accurately ensuring all contacts are recorded and maintained on a regular basis
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Exceeds and promotes companies ‘Values and Standards of Behavior’

Das zeichnet Sie aus

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 3 – 5 years’ experience in Capex sales.
  • Knowledge in the converting industry and experience is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in English / Spanish – Other languages would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-developed math and business skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies
  • High level of understanding of the market
  • Strong technical aptitude to determine the correct machine for the customer needs
  • Strong understanding of computer systems/programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP and CRM systems
  • Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures
